The Government Polytechnic PULWAMA (IUST) has Published job advertisement notification for Guest Lecturers for the Autumn Session 2025. Eligible Candidates should have experience in Computer Engineering or Language & Communication Skills subjects. Available Positions and Qualifications
The institute is in need of Guest Lecturers in two subjects Computer Engineering and Language & Communication Skills. For Computer Engineering, candidates must have a B. Tech/B.E. in Computer Engineering with at least 55% marks in graduation . For Language And Communication skills Post-Graduation degree in English with a minimum of 55% marks. The selection process to get appointed is based on a point system, 80 points are allocated for basic qualifications, while additional points are given for higher qualifications (5 points),Students with GATE/NET/SET will get extra (5 points), teaching experience (5 points), and performance in the interaction round with institution faculty (5 points).
Selection Process and Salary
Your academic qualifications, additional certifications of exams qualified, and teaching experience will all contribute to your final points . The interaction round (similar to an interview) will also play an important role in your selection. Once selected for these posts , Guest Lecturers will be paid Rs . 750 per hour, with a monthly salary of of Rs . 20,000.

This teaching job is only for the Autumn Session 2025 and does not guarantee any extension or any permanent job . Selected candidates have to submit an undertaking or affidavit (authenticated by a First-Class Magistrate) stating that they will not claim permanent employment or demand continuation beyond the session and follow all terms and conditions. The institution have the right to terminate the agreement with the selected aspirants at any time without prior notice
