The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released a re-test notification for Accountancy/Book Keeping subjects for candidates who appeared in the exam between 13th to 16th May 2025. Students who submitted their online consent and application form to reappear in the examination can take the new exam test from 2nd to 4th June 2025. This decision comes after complaints from many students that some questions were not aligned with the syllabus, particularly in Unit V of the question booklet
The NTA will conduct exams for Tamil and Urdu subjects also on 4th June 2025, which were earlier to be held on for 22nd May 2025 (Shift 2). Students had raised concerns and tweeted about the out-of-syllabus questions, prompting the NTA to offer a fair solution for such discrimination. Those who appeared between 13th-16th May were given a choice—keep their original score or retake the revised exam as per the new notification .
